Private Label Wet Wipes: Your Brand, Your Formula, Made in the USA

There are two very different things sold under the name "private label," and the difference determines whether your wipe is actually yours.

Some suppliers run one stock formula, pour it into everyone's packaging, and call it private label. That's white label; your name on a product identical to your competitor's. Rebel Converting does the other thing, the real thing:private label wet wipes developed for your brand specifically your formula (existing or built with you in our labs), your substrate, your packaging, your regulatory pathway. And when it's done, you own it. We put formula ownership in writing, because a brand that doesn't own its product isn't a brand, it's a reseller.

Family-owned in Milwaukee, Wisconsin since 2012, Rebel produces private label wipes for brands, retailers, healthcare companies, distributors, and first-time product developers nationwide. Every raw material is USA-origin, and every batch is made in one of our two Wisconsin plants.

What "True Private Label" Means at Rebel

Your formula, not our stock solution.Bring us an existing formulation and we'll run it as-is or optimize it. Starting from scratch? Our in-house chemists develop your solution with you; hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, antimicrobial, plant-based, industrial-strength blended under CGMP standards in the same Wisconsin facilities where your wipes are made.

You own what we build. The formula developed for your brand belongs to your brand. If you ever leave (we'll try to give you no reason to), it leaves with you. Ask other suppliers this question directly and watch how they answer.

Your product, differentiated. Because the chemistry, substrate, fold, count, and packaging are all decisions rather than defaults, your wipe can be genuinely different: a coreless roll when competitors ship cored, a plant-based substrate when they use plastic, a refill pouch program when they sell landfill-bound canisters, a large-fold heavy-duty sheet when theirs is tissue-thin.

Who Builds Private Label Wipes with Rebel

Established brands extending into wipes without building a factory. Retailers and distributors creating store brands with real margins. Healthcare and industrial companies that need FDA OTC, EPA-registered, or medical device wipes under their own name regulated categories we've manufactured for years. And entrepreneurs and product developers launching a first product: our low minimum order options, especially on in-mold labeled canisters and buckets, exist precisely so a growing brand doesn't need national-chain volume to get professional-grade product.

From Concept to Shelf: How It Works

1. Define the product. A conversation about your market, claims, price point, and format - one call is usually enough to scope substrate, solution, and packaging.

2. Develop the formula. Run yours, refine yours, or build one together in our chemistry labs. Regulated products get their FDA/EPA pathway mapped here, before money is spent in the wrong direction.

3. Sample and validate. You approve real product: the same substrate, solution, and packaging as production. With digital in-mold labeling, even your samples carry photo-quality branding, with no plate charges.

4. Produce and ship. Manufactured across our Milwaukee and Saukville, WI plants and shipped nationwide with two-facility redundancy protecting your supply from day one.

Packaging That Sells Your Brand, Not Ours

Private label lives or dies at the shelf, so packaging is a first-class decision here: rigid canisters from pocket size to five-gallon pails, in-mold labeled buckets with high-definition graphics at low minimums, flexible refill pouches that use 96% less plastic (a sustainability story printed right on your pack), flow packs, and sachets. Your branding is engineered into the product not stickered onto it.

Private Label Questions, Answered Straight

What's the difference between private label and white label wet wipes? White label is one stock product sold identically to many brands with different labels. Private label, as Rebel practices it, is a product developed for your brand: your formula, your specs, your ownership. If a supplier can't tell you who owns the formula, you have your answer.

What's the minimum order for private label wet wipes? Lower than the industry teaches you to expect. Our low-MOQ formats, especially in-mold labeled containers, were built for growing brands. A ten-minute call will tell you whether your volume works.

Can you make regulated private label wipes, disinfectants or OTC products? Yes. FDA OTC wipes, EPA-registered disinfectants, and medical device wipes are core categories for us, manufactured under CGMP with the registration protocols handled alongside you.

Where are your private label wipes made? Milwaukee and Saukville, Wisconsin with 100% USA-origin raw materials. You're welcome to visit before you commit; most serious buyers do, and we encourage it.
