Rebel specializes in coreless rolls – wet wipes in canisters, buckets, and pouches and dry wipes in dispenser boxes and as refills.  We produce anti-bacterial disinfectants, industrial cleaning wipes, biodegradable in wet wipes and dry wipes for general cleaning, food service, automotive.

We produce OEM  – Rebel is a contract manufacturer and does not sell it’s own brand or wipes for Wal-Mart and other store brands. Rebel feels that this is a conflict of interest.

 Rebel does prototype/pilot runs, sample runs and smaller runs for trials.  Rebel has a small pilot line for small and prototype runs.

Rebel Converting can develop a new or custom wet wipe formulation. Rebel has a full analytical lab and a full-time formulation chemist with 30 years of experience  – we are able to develop custom blends for specific use.  Rebel also has the ability to modify many formulations for use in wipe configurations.

Rebel offers “Sea Turtle Approved” enviromentlly  friendly non-wovens – including TREE FREE options such as True Cotton, Hemp & Flax – all with low carbon footprints, as well as other plant based materials such as bamboo, Veocil (and other forms of viscose), and pulp based substrates.  Rebel always aggressively pursuing newer substrates that are better for the environment.  Rebel offers refill pouches for several of our proprietary  canisters and buckets – using up to 95% less plastic and taking up 98” less landfill space.

Rebels facilities follow cGMP and are EPA registered, FDA & Medical Device Registered.

 Rebel does not produce flushable wipes – however we produce many biodegradable and compostable wipes both wet and dry.

Rebel produces wipes in coreless rolls and does not produce flow-packs or single packs.  Rebel for wet wipes owns its own tooling and has fully digital IML (In-Mold-Labeling) for our canisters and bucket.  Rebel also offers full digital print on corrugated dispensing boxes for dry wipes.  Rebels full digital print capabilities enables high end graphics with very low MOQs.

Rebel is one of the largest producers of coreless rolls – both wet and dry.  Rebel also has more capacity in folded rolls than any other company.  Rebel can covert over 2 billion sq.yds. of fabric annually.  Lead-times typically are dependent upon the lead times for the materials – once all materials are at Rebel we usually can produce material in a week.

Rebel can provide samples of packaging and is able to do prototyping very cost effectively.  Samples that require formulating or blending may occur a small cost.
